退款政策
[For orders with a delivery address in Japan]
We do not accept cancellations or returns of pre-order items for any reason.
If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from your order, we will exchange or return it at our expense.
Please do not send your order by air freight on delivery, although you do not need to specify the delivery company.
Please contact us at the following address within 15 days of delivery:
*We will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
-If more than 16 days have passed since the merchandise arrived
-If the merchandise has been used outdoors (even if it has been tried on indoors, if it has been used or damaged)
-Items without boxes or packaging
-Items that have been scratched, stained or damaged by the customer

If you receive defective or different merchandise, you may return the merchandise by credit card or online If a refund is possible by credit card or online, we will give priority to that method. If you wish to receive a refund by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the bank account designated by you.
(The account must be in the same name as the customer who placed the order.)
*We cannot accept compensation for damages beyond the product price
(including tax) and shipping costs indicated at the time of order.
